Slingerdoo

Last night several friends and I headed down to Front Page News for a bite to eat and a beer. The place wasn't really what I was expecting, but a pleasant surprise none the less. The food was great, portions substantial and ambiance was nice. Above the bar there was an elevated miniature train and a street car constantly on the go. We visited the location in L5P. The area map is on the L5P site is outdated, but Front page is located in building 28, denoted as Asher Appliances. L5P has always been a favorite of area of town, and I hope to move closer in the near future.

This morning I met some friends at Caribou for a wake-up cup and to study, read and work. Tomorrow we're off to play some discage down in Hogansville. We played this course on New Years Day this year. The course is challenging with long throws and trees come in to play if you're a terrible throw like me. (My belief is that trees and plastic are magnetic and whenever they get close, bam! they hit)
